Returns Policy:
Snip-It Upholstery Ltd will only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery.
- Goods supplied incorrectly.
- Goods failing to meet any applicable guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- Goods that vary from their description on the website.
For returns please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your order number, name, address, email address, contact phone number, and reason for return. You will be notified by email when your return is received. Please allow 28 days for resolve of your return.
Errors and omissions:
Although all the information in or catalogue has been carefully checked due to on going changes errors or omissions may occur from time to time, we will be happy to resolve these issues when they occur.
Refunds:
Whenever possible, Snip-It Upholstery Ltd will replace any damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.
Warranty:
Snip-It Upholstery Ltd guarantees their products against faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. They will be replaced at no charge to the purchaser once the defect has been inspected and confirmed. Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage through accident, neglect, incorrect installation or any damage whatsoever after delivery to the purchaser for reasons not related to their state or condition at the time of purchase. Note: Commercial use: It is a condition of sale that this guarantee and the *Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply if this product is acquired for commercial use.
